- <p>We are currently working with a leading real estate developer in Chicago to recruit for an open Senior Human Resources Generalist position. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for executing the HR function under the direction of the Executive Vice President in the following functional areas: HRIS management, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations performance management, recruitment, onboarding, policy creation, management and implementation, and employment law compliance.
