  • <p>The HR Generalist is primarily responsible for overseeing, organizing, applying, and maintaining all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. The HR generalist also provides advice and counsel in areas of Human Resources including benefits, labor relations, employment law, health and safety, workers’ compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, and recruiting.
