We are looking for a skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This fully remote position involves supporting the administration and implementation of compliance management tools to ensure regulatory adherence across multiple sites. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication abilities, who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the onboarding of various sites into the compliance management platform. • Evaluate and update regulatory compliance questions in coordination with sustainability and site operations teams. • Gather necessary documentation by collaborating with site managers and subject matter experts. • Maintain and upload compliance-related documents into designated systems and tools. • Track remediation efforts and monitor compliance health metrics to ensure timely resolution. • Assist in preparing audit documentation for quarterly Badge and Network Access reviews. • Escalate any gaps in compliance adherence to 24-hour requirements and propose solutions. • Generate status reports and update dashboards for leadership and committee reviews.
