  • <p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is seeking an experienced <strong>HRIS Implementation Project Manager</strong> to lead a strategic enterprise-wide migration from <strong>UKG Ready to Dayforce</strong>. This individual will be responsible for driving the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring a successful deployment of core HR technology while positioning the organization for significant future growth.</p><p>This is a highly visible role requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on Dayforce implementation expertise. The ideal candidate has successfully led multiple Dayforce deployments, particularly across Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits Administration, and Performance Management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end migration from UKG Ready to Dayforce.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.</li><li>Oversee data mapping, conversion, validation, and system integration activities.</li><li>Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs and change management initiatives.</li><li>Ensure successful adoption across all employee groups and business functions.</li><li>Provide regular project updates and executive-level status reporting.</li><li>Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure implementation remains on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Initial Implementation Scope</strong></p><p><strong>Phase 1 (Immediate Priority)</strong></p><ul><li>Payroll</li><li>Timekeeping</li><li>Benefits Administration</li><li>Performance Management</li></ul><p><strong>Future Enhancement Phases</strong></p><ul><li>Succession Planning</li><li>Talent Acquisition</li><li>Career Tracking</li><li>Career Development</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Dayforce certification(s) or formal implementation training.</li><li>Experience supporting high-growth organizations.</li><li>HRIS reporting, analytics, and dashboard development experience.</li><li>Background in HR technology consulting or digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on Dayforce implementation experience and a track record of delivering complex HRIS projects.
