The ideal candidate will excel in organizational tasks, communication, and multitasking, while contributing to various administrative and project management functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the classification, storage, and retrieval of organizational records to ensure accurate documentation practices.</p><p>• Administer the record storage database system and conduct research on files when necessary.</p><p>• Communicate with stakeholders to provide guidance on document retention procedures and standards.</p><p>• Reconcile data from operational teams and assist in surveying and organizing information.</p><p>• Schedule meetings with stakeholders, record minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.</p><p>• Draft and distribute communications to hotel operations teams, ensuring clarity and timeliness.</p><p>• Organize training sessions, monitor attendance, and maintain detailed records for future reference.</p><p>• Support the project manager by handling ad hoc requests and providing administrative assistance.</p><p>• Assist operations teams with account access and password management, tracking issues for resolution.</p><p>• Monitor shared inboxes, improve organizational structures, and facilitate meetings for fixed asset teams.</p>
