This role spans the full stack — from back-end integration to front-end interfaces — in close collaboration with product, design, and AI engineering teams. <br> What You’ll Do Design, develop, and enhance AI-enabled enterprise applications that boost productivity and collaboration. Build and optimize features using large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows. Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code across database, middleware, and front-end layers. Develop low- to medium-complexity systems and components within larger architectures. Conduct code reviews; mentor and guide Level I and II engineers. Act as module-level design authority, ensuring adherence to architecture and security standards. Plan and execute unit testing; review and validate test plans from entry level engineers. Define and implement integration and performance testing strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; establish frameworks for reliability and observability. Provide advanced production support and drive continuous improvement in performance and user experience. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver innovative solutions. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

This role encompasses managing on-premises systems, cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as network operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to ensuring the reliability and security of critical systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and maintain network infrastructure for corporate and client operations, including Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory environments.<br>• Manage security solutions such as firewalls (Palo Alto), endpoint protection tools, and mobile device management platforms.<br>• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new implementations to align with organizational goals.<br>• Provide expert-level technical support for desktops, servers, mobile devices, and telecom systems.<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, software inventories, and patch management processes.<br>• Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.<br>• Offer high-level technical support to executives and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.<br>• Travel occasionally to client locations to assist with network installations, troubleshooting, and project management.
