If interested, call 818.884.3888 to schedule your interview.</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting</p><p>• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements</p><p>• Perform cost accounting functions, including analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, and providing insights to improve cost efficiency</p><p>• Manage inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and inventory control</p><p>• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department managers to develop accurate projections</p><p>• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders</p><p>• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidance</p><p>• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support as needed</p><p>• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management</p>
