The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of federal housing regulations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to verbal and written inquiries regarding single-family mortgage loans, providing accurate information on loan requirements and status.<br>• Prepare essential loan documentation, including payoff quotes, payment histories, amortization schedules, and verification letters.<br>• Process loan activity statements for regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations.<br>• Manage specialized loan processes such as interest rate reductions under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, mortgage insurance cancellations, and partial releases of security.<br>• Assist with posting annual principal balance reductions and preparing debt forgiveness letters at loan maturity.<br>• Collaborate with internal departments to provide loan assumption documents and support Single-Family Department operations.<br>• Review rental request applications and submit recommendations for approval.<br>• Support customers using online systems and assist with processing payments for investor accounting.<br>• Act as a liaison to redirect calls and written inquiries to appropriate departments.<br>• Ensure accurate scanning and documentation of correspondences into the department’s system.
