The role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting legal professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare, edit, and format legal documents such as briefs, correspondence, and case notes with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Organize paper and electronic filing systems to ensure easy access and secure storage of important documents.<br>• Manage schedules and coordinate meetings, including weekly case load discussions to align on objectives and timelines.<br>• Handle incoming calls and messages professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.<br>• Create and maintain case files, tracking critical documents and deadlines to support case progression.<br>• Assist in cases related to human rights, special education, civil litigation, criminal matters, and employment discrimination.<br>• Take dictation and notes during meetings to capture essential information for legal proceedings.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and case management.<br>• Perform general office duties, including document tracking, message taking, and maintaining organization in a paper-based office environment.
