Success in this role comes from influencing leaders and teams through expertise rather than direct people management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Enterprise Delivery Leadership</strong></p><p>Provide leadership across multiple enterprise technology programs.</p><p>Assess program health, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and business readiness.</p><p>Identify and address issues before they impact timelines, budgets, or business outcomes.</p><p>Support recovery efforts for challenged programs and serve as a trusted advisor on complex delivery issues.</p><p>Partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.</p><p><strong>Coaching &amp; Mentorship</strong></p><p>Mentor Project and Program Managers leading complex initiatives.</p><p>Improve capabilities in planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, testing, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications.</p><p>Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence across teams.</p><p><strong>Delivery Assurance</strong></p><p>Conduct independent health assessments of strategic programs.</p><p>Evaluate readiness across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and operational transition stages.</p><p>Review critical areas including integrations, data conversion, testing, security, cutover, and production readiness.</p><p>Ensure risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are actively managed and accurately reported.</p><p>Recommend corrective actions, sequencing decisions, and go-live readiness plans.</p><p><strong>Cross-Program Coordination</strong></p><p>Partner with Portfolio Management, Agile Delivery, and technology leaders to manage capacity, sequencing, and dependencies.</p><p>Resolve conflicts involving resources, environments, vendors, releases, and technical platforms.</p><p>Support portfolio reporting and executive decision-making.</p><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><p>Establish and enhance delivery standards for Agile and hybrid programs.</p><p>Define expectations for governance, risk management, financial controls, testing, cutover planning, and executive reporting.</p><p>Drive improvements that increase delivery predictability, accountability, and execution quality.</p>
