This position is perfect for a seasoned property accounting professional, ideally with a background in public accounting and experience in large commercial or industrial real estate firms. You will lead a dedicated team, manage the financial lifecycle of assets, and establish policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence as we expand.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Yardi Administration: Oversee the Yardi platform, including entity creation, workflow maintenance, and ensuring system efficiency.</li><li>Team Leadership: Manage a team of 5, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.</li><li>Month-End Close: Establish and oversee a robust month-end close process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and supporting balance sheet accounts.
