In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our annuity and life insurance operations by providing outstanding service to clients and carriers. This Contract to Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is attentive to detail, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates on their applications and follow up with carriers promptly.</p><p>• Process incoming leads, verify application details for accuracy, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and adjust to shifting priorities as needed.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications to organize client data and generate reports.</p><p>• Address client inquiries with courtesy and empathy, offering effective solutions to resolve issues.</p><p>• Ensure all records and information are processed with exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>• Represent the company's values by maintaining courteous and effective communication.</p><p>• Contribute to the success of the team by staying adaptable and open to new challenges.</p>

- <p>· You’ll retrieve medical records from various healthcare facilities on behalf of health plans and other clients for retrospective and prospective reviews.</p><p>· Scanning Medical Records/Charts and upload into the system office after the day is completed If you have anything left to submit at the end of the day, you can do it from the comfort of your home.</p><ul><li><strong>Hours</strong>: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm availability: Your schedule could include working three or more consecutive days depending on the project. May work 3 days a week or 5 days a week, and may not work some weeks while in between projects</li><li><strong>Training:</strong> Two days of remote training virtually from your home</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Going to Medical Offices in the area</p>
