This Long-term Contract position centers on real estate transactional matters and calls for someone who can manage legal documentation, filings, and closing-related coordination with precision. The role also offers exposure to litigation support when needed, making it well suited for someone who is adaptable in a fast-paced legal environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to a group of 3 to 4 attorneys, helping maintain efficient workflow across active matters.<br>• Draft, edit, proofread, and format a wide range of legal documents while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper presentation.<br>• Coordinate documents and related materials for real estate transactions, including support for closing packages and execution readiness.<br>• Oversee DocuSign routing and signature processes to ensure timely completion and proper document handling.<br>• Prepare and submit filings with the Secretary of State and assist with recording documents through the appropriate Recorder’s Office.<br>• Offer backup assistance on litigation matters, including support with court-related filings and general case administration as needed.<br>• Manage calendars, deadlines, and other administrative tasks to help attorneys stay organized and responsive to client needs.
