<p>Our client is seeking an experienced <strong>Desk-Side Support Technician</strong> to support an enterprise <strong>hardware refresh initiative</strong>. This role is part of an established end-user support team and focuses primarily on hands-on device replacement, deployment, and user support during refresh cycles. The ideal candidate brings proven desk-side support experience with direct exposure to hardware refresh projects in enterprise environments, as well as applicable gaming and hospitality experience. This is a <strong>6-month contract</strong> with a possibility for extension.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Execute enterprise hardware refresh activities, including:</li><li>Laptop and desktop replacements</li><li>Peripheral swaps (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice)</li><li>Asset tagging, imaging coordination, and deployment</li><li>Provide desk-side support during refresh events, ensuring minimal user disruption</li><li>Troubleshoot basic hardware and OS-level issues during and after device replacement</li><li>Coordinate device pickup, data migration validation, and old asset return</li><li>Document work performed and update tickets in the service management system</li><li>Follow established processes, timelines, and refresh schedules</li><li>Deliver strong customer service and clear end-user communication throughout the refresh lifecycle</li></ul><p><br></p>
