We are looking for a dedicated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in civil litigation defense and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers an opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to dynamic and challenging cases.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop case strategies and defenses tailored to client needs.<br>• Draft and prepare motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.<br>• Manage all day-to-day aspects of case files independently.<br>• Represent clients in court for discovery conferences and motion arguments.<br>• Conduct and defend depositions with precision and professionalism.<br>• Review and analyze documents to support case development and defense.<br>• Supervise and provide guidance to paralegals on case-related tasks.<br>• Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and insurance companies outlining relevant case facts and analysis.<br>• Collaborate on trial preparation, including strategy discussions, client interviews, and witness preparation.<br>• Execute direct and cross-examinations during trial proceedings.
