Controller Position Summary The Controller will serve as the senior financial leader of the organization and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to ownership, this role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate weekly financial reporting and operational KPIs that drive real‑time business decisions.This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership position managing a team of three accounting staff while partnering closely with operations, dispatch, sales, and field leadership.
