We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Analyst to join our team in NEW CASTLE, Delaware. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll transactions and maintaining compliance with payroll laws and best practices. This position is integral to our finance and human resources functions and requires a strong customer service focus.<br><br>Responsibilities: <br>• Accurately process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.<br>• Ensure timely updates to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.<br>• Develop and provide payroll reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Assist in quarterly and annual balancing to ensure accurate tax returns.<br>• Contribute to 401(k) funding, review, and audit processes.<br>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.<br>• Address and resolve outstanding tax agency inquiries in collaboration with our payroll vendor.<br>• Facilitate audits by providing necessary records and documentation to auditors.<br>• Recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.<br>• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation of current Payroll SOPs and internal checklists.<br>• Perform other finance and human resources duties as assigned.
-Oversees and directs the implementation of operational mechanical maintenance projects across the organization, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within or under budget for both current and new product launches.<br>- Assists in specifying, evaluating, acquiring, installing, and qualifying equipment.<br>- Manages tasks including updating, maintaining, and communicating project plans, progress reports, and status updates.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is preferred.<br>- Over 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.<br>- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required at the time of permanent.<br>- Proficient in AutoDesk 2D and 3D CAD software and Microsoft Project at an intermediate to advanced level.<br>- Applies differential and integral calculus to analyze the static and dynamic performance of electro-mechanical systems.
We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to specialize in the configuration, optimization, and support of the Coupa platform. This role focuses on supplier enablement and integrations, requiring expertise in cXML protocols and procurement workflows. This is a long-term contract position based in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as Purchasing, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Management.<br>• Manage system settings, user roles, approval workflows, and custom fields to ensure platform efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements tailored to business needs.<br>• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support.<br>• Lead supplier onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the Coupa platform.<br>• Design, implement, and support cXML-based integrations for purchase orders, invoices, and catalogs.<br>• Coordinate testing and validation of cXML transactions between suppliers and internal teams.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation for integration specifications and onboarding procedures.<br>• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals.<br>• Provide training and support to end-users and suppliers, while staying up-to-date with Coupa updates and industry best practices.
