  • <p>The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is a senior finance leader responsible for driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. This role partners closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors to provide strategic financial insight, support decision-making, and ensure alignment between financial performance and long-term business objectives. The VP of FP& A will lead and develop a high-performing FP& A team while building scalable planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic priorities.</li><li>Design, implement, and manage a three-year continuous planning and budgeting framework to enhance financial predictability and agility.</li><li>Conduct complex sensitivity and scenario analyses to assess the impact of changes in revenue, profitability, and cash flow.</li><li>Oversee internal financial reporting, including consolidated and business unit performance analysis.</li><li>Prepare and present financial insights, trends, and performance updates to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.</li><li>Build, track, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve financial and operational performance.</li><li>Partner with business units to assess financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and help achieve financial targets.</li><li>Provide clear, actionable insights that link financial outcomes to operational drivers.</li><li>Manage the incentive compensation accrual and calculation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with performance objectives.</li><li>Assist the CFO with treasury management, including liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and debt covenant compliance.</li><li>Support M& A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-merger integration planning.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting processes, and business intelligence tools.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the FP& A team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and supporting professional growth.</li><li>Ensure FP& A processes are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.</li></ul>
