In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to transform the finance operations into an AI-driven, world-class function.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities of this position will include:</p><p>· Develop and maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls that ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP</p><p>· Streamline and enhance the month-end close process through automation and improved reporting structures</p><p>· Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules</p><p>· Act as a key contact during external audits, preparing required documentation and addressing auditor requests</p><p>· Provide insightful variance analyses and financial commentary to support business decision-making</p><p>· Work closely with FP& A and other departments to identify and resolve accounting or process challenges</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please email Ben.Turnbull@roberthalf.</p>
