This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, optimizing systems for performance and security, and working cross‑functionally with IT, security, and engineering teams.</p><p>You will play a key role in managing core infrastructure, implementing cloud solutions, improving system reliability, and ensuring the organization’s technology environment remains secure, scalable, and efficient.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Administer, maintain, and optimize <strong>Microsoft Azure</strong> environments—including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and security components.</li><li>Lead system administration efforts for Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.</li><li>Manage Azure infrastructure as code, automation scripts, and cloud deployments using tools like <strong>PowerShell</strong>, <strong>Azure CLI</strong>, or ARM/Bicep.</li><li>Monitor system performance, availability, and security, implementing improvements as needed.</li><li>Support identity and access management, including Azure AD, MFA, conditional access, and security hardening.</li><li>Oversee patching, updates, server lifecycle management, and disaster recovery strategies.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across servers, cloud resources, networking, and applications.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices around RBAC, logging, monitoring, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Maintain documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and architectural standards.</li><li>Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior system administrators and support staff.</li></ul><p><br></p>
