What You’ll Do<ul><li>Oversee daily support, configuration, and enhancement of key applications, including 6–10 major enterprise systems.</li><li>Serve as the final escalation point for complex application issues, troubleshooting, and performance challenges.</li><li>Lead system upgrades, configuration changes, workflow enhancements, and optimization initiatives across clinical and operational environments.</li><li>Manage a team of application analysts/technicians through task delegation, project planning, performance reviews, and escalation routing.</li><li>Partner with clinical, operational, billing, and revenue cycle teams to identify workflow gaps and translate needs into system improvements.</li><li>Maintain and optimize EHR platforms (NextGen, Epic, or similar), ensuring stability, usability, compliance, and integration readiness.</li><li>Support healthcare integrations such as HL7 interfaces, e‑prescribing, labs, imaging, and patient portal functionality.</li><li>Own vendor coordination, including troubleshooting escalations, upgrade planning, and contract-driven performance expectations.</li><li>Maintain system documentation, release notes, SOPs, and application roadmaps.</li><li>Drive best practices in governance, change management, and cross‑team communication.</li></ul>
