  • <p>We are looking for a Project Manager to support servicing readiness initiatives for client implementations in Carmel, Indiana. This role will guide cross-functional planning, testing, and execution efforts to help ensure operational teams are prepared for servicing activation. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, sharp follow-through, and the ability to keep complex workstreams aligned, documented, and moving toward key milestones.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage end-to-end readiness activities for servicing initiatives, from early planning through launch and handoff into ongoing operations.</p><p>• Build and maintain detailed project plans that define scope, timelines, accountable stakeholders, milestones, interdependencies, testing needs, and success measures.</p><p>• Partner with teams across operations, technology, compliance, payments, reporting, data, and related functions to keep implementation work coordinated and on schedule.</p><p>• Facilitate recurring project meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and communicate risks, blockers, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.</p><p>• Monitor critical path activities, identify delays or unresolved issues early, and drive escalation when risks could affect activation readiness.</p><p>• Organize readiness validation efforts by confirming that processes, systems, data, reporting, communications, and servicing capabilities are tested and properly documented.</p><p>• Track defects, exceptions, and open gaps during testing, coordinate corrective actions with responsible teams, and confirm retesting is completed when needed.</p><p>• Maintain an accurate view of overall readiness status, including completed deliverables, outstanding conditions, and items that must be resolved before go-live decisions are made.</p><p>• Contribute to go-live recommendations by summarizing project health, testing outcomes, and remaining risks for operations leadership.</p><p>• Improve project management tools, templates, and methods used to support servicing readiness and dynamic servicing efforts.</p>
