<p><strong>Robert Half is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Contractor</strong> to support a Marketing & Communications team during a temporary staffing transition. This role is critical to maintaining day‑to‑day digital communications, with <strong>email marketing as the top priority</strong>, along with website updates, analytics, webinars, and light design support.</p><p>This is a <strong>fully remote, contract opportunity</strong>, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Email Marketing (Primary Focus – Mailchimp)</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex Mailchimp audiences, groups, tags, and segments</li><li>Build, test, and deploy email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, events)</li><li>Edit templates, copy, and images; review post‑send performance</li><li>Build and maintain automated journeys and drip campaigns</li><li>Manage embedded forms and pop‑ups</li><li>Perform manual list updates via CRM exports/imports</li></ul><p><strong>Website Support (Drupal)</strong></p><ul><li>Update and publish content using Drupal CMS</li><li>Upload and manage images and video (including YouTube)</li><li>Make text and layout edits to existing pages</li><li>Coordinate CRM‑connected pages with designers/developers</li><li>Basic HTML/CSS for minor edits is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>CRM, Design & Events</strong></p><ul><li>Pull contact lists and support CRM‑based mailings</li><li>Create and update digital assets using Canva (Adobe preferred)</li><li>Support webinar promotions, registrations, reminders, and follow‑ups</li><li>Assist with light video editing and post‑event reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Analytics, Reporting & Vendors</strong></p><ul><li>Pull GA4 website and Mailchimp performance reports</li><li>Monitor earned media coverage</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly metrics summaries</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors as needed</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of digital marketing or communications experience</li><li>Strong hands‑on experience with Mailchimp</li><li>Experience working in Drupal</li><li>Excellent writing skills and attention to detail</li><li>Canva proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>CRM experience (CiviCRM or similar)</li><li>Webinar platforms (Zoom or similar)</li><li>GA4, basic HTML/CSS, or light video editing</li><li>Media monitoring tools (Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack)</li><li>Nonprofit or mission‑driven organization experience</li></ul><p><strong>Engagement Details</strong></p><ul><li>Temporary contract role</li><li>Fully remote</li><li>Hours and duration based on workload, with potential for extension</li><li>No travel or on‑call requirements</li></ul>
