We are looking for a detail-oriented Label Review Support Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Pasadena, Texas. This role focuses on reviewing printed label content and artwork to help ensure alignment with applicable federal and state regulatory standards. The position requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders, accurate documentation practices, and consistent attention to quality. This is a Long-term Contract position.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review printed product labels, including text and graphic elements, to confirm consistency with approved regulatory content before release.<br>• Partner with marketing and other internal teams to coordinate updates, clarify discrepancies, and obtain corrected label revisions when needed.<br>• Maintain organized records and tracking logs for label review status, approvals, and related documentation.<br>• Conduct careful checks of label materials to identify errors, omissions, or compliance concerns prior to printing.<br>• Support efficient day-to-day document control activities by keeping review workflows accurate, timely, and well documented.<br>• Communicate review findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.<br>• Assist with additional label compliance and administrative duties as business needs require.
