Position Overview:Our company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead key projects within our midstream operations. This role demands robust project management capabilities, strong business acumen, and proven experience driving Oracle Fusion implementations, ideally within the midstream sector. The ideal candidate excels at traditional PM responsibilities, communicates seamlessly with stakeholders, and possesses a solid understanding of business processes in the oil & gas midstream environment. Experience collaborating with implementation partners, particularly Huron, is a plus.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects for midstream business operations, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project continuity.</li><li>Prepare, manage, and deliver regular status updates to project stakeholders, including preparing materials for and presenting to Steering Committees (SteerCo).</li><li>Work closely with internal business and technical teams to ensure business objectives and system requirements are met.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate effectively with external implementation partners. Experience working with Huron is highly desirable.</li><li>Drive project activities such as requirement gathering, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and change management.</li><li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to engage stakeholders and align project direction.</li><li>Foster a strong understanding of midstream operations and requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul>
