This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can balance administrative responsibilities with financial tracking, tenant support, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment. The role will contribute to accurate recordkeeping, timely follow-up on property-related matters, and smooth day-to-day service delivery. Candidates who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working with invoices, lease documentation, and reporting will be well suited for this position.
