Part-time HR Coordinator<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Coordinator to join a leading organization in the medical response and disaster services industry. This role will support the onboarding of new hires for FEMA deployment efforts, ensuring compliance with background checks, drug screening, and onboarding processes. With large-scale training events, including one in June projected to onboard up to 300 individuals, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Onboarding Coordination for FEMA Task Force:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee onboarding efforts for new hires who will be deployed to disaster-impacted areas under FEMA contracts.</li><li>Ensure background checks and drug screens are completed, reviewed, and compliant with safety and organizational standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Training Event Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with onboarding logistics for large training sessions held throughout the year.</li><li>Provide organizational support to track the progress of onboarding for large groups (e.g., up to 300 hires for June training).</li></ul><p><strong>Email Management and Follow-Ups:</strong></p><ul><li>Send and track high volumes of onboarding emails to candidates and internal teams.</li><li>Proactively follow up with HR staff on flagged candidates or incomplete information to keep the process on track.</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance Monitoring and Detail Verification:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with background vendors, such as Orange Tree, and utilize ServiceNow and Workday to manage and review records.</li><li>Identify errors, such as incorrectly color-coded results, and escalate as needed to ensure compliance.</li></ul><p><strong>System Updates & Administrative Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Update progress and details in systems like SmartSheet, ensuring hiring and compliance status is accurately documented.</li><li>Support additional administrative tasks, such as scanning projects, during slower times.</li></ul>Legal Billing Specialist<p><strong>Legal Billing Specialist </strong></p><p> </p><p>Our client, a well-established and respected organization, is seeking a full-time Billing/Accounting Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of monthly prebills and invoices for submission to clients. Additionally, responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and coordinating with vendors. Familiarity with TABS3 billing/accounting software or equivalent platforms is preferred.
