We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead and oversee critical onboarding processes for a major vendor client. This role requires strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and the ability to drive structure across complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. This is a long-term contract position based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Responsibilities: • Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for a major vendor client, ensuring all phases are executed with precision and structure. • Serve as the primary point of communication for vendors, customers, resellers, lenders, and internal teams, managing expectations and fostering collaboration. • Coordinate with technical teams, legal departments, and reporting groups to guarantee timely completion of deliverables. • Develop, maintain, and manage project documentation, timelines, and alignment across all involved parties. • Deliver concise weekly updates using Agile methodologies to ensure stakeholders remain informed on progress. • Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deadlines and quality standards. • Support additional software implementation projects as needed, once initial onboarding stabilizes. • Facilitate effective tracking of milestones and deadlines, ensuring all resources are aligned and contributing effectively. • Provide leadership and guidance while maintaining a structured approach to project management.
