We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will collaborate closely with plant management to ensure precise financial oversight, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and SAP systems, with a proven ability to support complex financial processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the plant's profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to ensure accurate financial tracking.<br>• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, including volume, pricing, yield, and overhead costs.<br>• Serve as the SAP super-user, maintaining the integrity of master data, standard costing, and monthly financial close processes.<br>• Provide hands-on support for SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and stabilization after go-live.<br>• Deliver financial insights to guide productivity improvements, capital investments, and cost-saving initiatives.<br>• Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operational teams to enhance transparency and support strategic decision-making.
