  • • Provides administrative support to all upper management and including Project Managers <br>• Maintain physical and digital filing systems <br>• Manages the main switchboard and directs callers to appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages and assists clients and visitors <br>• Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence <br>• Receives incoming mail, sorts, and delivers to the intended receipts<br>• Manage calendars for employees time off as well as the attendance calendar <br>• Drafts and edits quotes, reports, and other documents as needed <br>• Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets <br>• Prepares safety meeting agenda and takes meeting minutes <br>• Maintains Safety Programs, digitally and hard copies <br>• Coordiantes logistics for meetings- including room set up and lunch <br>• Operates and maintains office equipment consumables on a weekly basis to ensure we have ample supplies on had at all times <br>• Research as requested and compile and summarizes information for reports or presentations <br>• Post Employee hours on labor sheets and ensure time matches what is on the time keeping system. <br>• Updates and maintains the CW master spreadsheet by inputting new jobs and basic ongoing job information. Update weekly after production meetings <br>• Assists customers that come into the office, take payments, create delivery tickets , page employee to assist in loading or unloading <br>• Maintains employee information board <br>• Print out job cards and create flyers
