  • We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role involves leading the payroll operations team and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for optimizing processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee a team of payroll operations specialists, ensuring effective work allocation, training, and issue resolution.<br>• Manage daily payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely processing in collaboration with managed service providers.<br>• Conduct regular reviews and approvals of payroll actions while upholding internal controls and segregation of duties.<br>• Serve as the primary liaison between payroll operations and departments such as HR, Benefits, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to address and resolve issues.<br>• Analyze service tickets to identify trends and propose process improvements for enhanced compliance and efficiency.<br>• Provide Tier 2 support and handle escalated payroll-related issues that require advanced problem-solving.<br>• Lead quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including reconciliations, corrective entries, and W-2 processing.<br>• Ensure compliance with audit standards and provide necessary documentation to support internal and external audits.<br>• Develop and maintain procedures and documentation to support payroll operations and ensure consistency.<br>• Partner with vendors to ensure payroll systems and processes remain effective, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
