HR Specialist – permanent <br> We’re seeking an organized, people‑focused HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance. Assist with benefits administration (open enrollment, eligibility updates, employee inquiries). Support employee relations by documenting conversations, helping with investigations, and escalating concerns as needed. Process status changes, promotions, terminations, and other HR transactions. Assist with payroll coordination by verifying timecards and ensuring data accuracy. Ensure HR practices follow federal, state, and local employment laws. Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, training initiatives, and process improvements.
