You will contribute to a fast-paced retail organization by combining technical troubleshooting with strong organization and quality control.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION: PC TECHNICIAN</strong></p><p><strong>LOCATION: FORT WORTH</strong></p><p><strong>DURATION: CONTRACT TO PERMANENT</strong></p><p><strong>RATE: $19-$20/HR</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate malfunctioning computers, peripherals, and related technology to identify root causes and complete effective repairs.</p><p>• Replace failed parts such as displays, batteries, printers, and network-connected equipment while maintaining repair quality standards.</p><p>• Prepare Windows, Apple, and Android devices by installing software, applying configurations, and completing setup for business use.</p><p>• Run functional testing and validation procedures to confirm devices perform properly before release or redeployment.</p><p>• Refurbish used hardware and return equipment to serviceable condition for reassignment across the organization.</p><p>• Produce clear technical notes, repair records, and setup instructions to support consistent service delivery.</p><p>• Coordinate warranty service requests and monitor repair status with vendors when covered hardware issues arise.</p><p>• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and deployment activities to move equipment efficiently and accurately.</p><p>• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records through cycle counts, stock checks, and tracking updates.</p>
