As a Contract to permanent employment opportunity, this position blends marketing expertise, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deepen customer relationships and improve program performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the daily operations and functionality of loyalty programs and mobile app platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.<br>• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to address technical issues and optimize program performance.<br>• Analyze key metrics such as customer retention, purchase frequency, and basket size to inform strategic enhancements.<br>• Develop promotional campaigns aligned with company objectives and brand identity, including app-exclusive offers and targeted communications.<br>• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and provide detailed reports on performance metrics.<br>• Ensure all customer communication reflects the company's values and is personalized to enhance engagement.<br>• Maintain accurate program databases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.<br>• Train store teams on loyalty tools and best practices to improve customer interaction and program adoption.<br>• Conduct periodic store visits to support implementation and gather feedback for program improvements.<br>• Manage project timelines, schedules, and documentation related to loyalty initiatives while supporting administrative tasks.
