<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant</strong> to implement, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations <strong>streamline finance, operations, customer engagement, and supply chain processes</strong> through Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Power Platform tools. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead or support <strong>Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM implementations, upgrades, and deployments</strong></li><li>Analyze business processes and provide <strong>recommendations to optimize workflows</strong> using Dynamics 365 modules</li><li>Configure and customize <strong>Dynamics 365 modules</strong> to meet functional requirements and best practices</li><li>Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure <strong>successful adoption and integration</strong> of Dynamics 365 solutions</li><li>Conduct <strong>testing, validation, and troubleshooting</strong> during implementation and upgrades</li><li>Provide <strong>training and support</strong> to end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality</li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>documentation, reports, workflows, and dashboards</strong></li><li>Assist with <strong>data migration, integration, and system enhancements</strong></li><li>Leverage <strong>Power Platform tools</strong> (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to enhance business processes</li></ul><p><br></p>
