Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact between the foundation and outside service providers, including custodians, investment managers, and other key partners. • Oversee the timely processing of private market activity such as capital calls, commitment tracking, and related fund movements. • Contribute to manager research, portfolio reviews, performance analysis, and preparation of investment reporting materials. • Maintain thorough records of investment actions, recommendations, and supporting documentation to meet governance, compliance, and audit expectations. • Improve and formalize investment workflows, including procedures connected to an outsourced investment management structure. • Create and deliver educational sessions that help staff understand core investment concepts, portfolio oversight, and governance practices. • Organize policies, procedures, committee documents, and other investment materials within SharePoint for easy access and consistency. • Partner with internal teams to expand investment knowledge across the organization and promote a stronger understanding of the foundation's portfolio approach.
