This Long-term Contract position will guide financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance activities, and team performance across core functions while partnering closely with senior leadership. The firm is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its in‑house legal team and support a growing direct lending platform.</p><p><br></p><p>This role offers meaningful exposure to complex, middle‑market lending transactions from diligence through closing and beyond.
