<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations for a Long-term Contract possible contract to hire position based in Chatsworth, California. This role will help keep HR processes organized, responsive, and compliant while partnering with employees and internal teams on essential administrative and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage core HR administrative activities by maintaining personnel documentation and helping ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.</p><p>• Create, prepare, and distribute employment-related paperwork, including offer documentation, agreements, and new employee materials.</p><p>• Coordinate recruiting support by arranging interviews, posting openings, and communicating scheduling details with candidates and hiring teams.</p><p>• Facilitate onboarding tasks to help new employees complete required forms and transition smoothly into the organization.</p><p>• Address routine employee questions related to HR guidelines, procedures, and benefit programs in a timely and effective manner.</p><p>• Keep information current within HR systems and produce reports to support staffing and operational needs.</p><p>• Assist with pre-employment coordination and other pre-employment steps to help move candidates through the process efficiently.</p><p>• Support the planning and administration of employee events, meetings, and training initiatives as needed.</p>
