We are looking for an Endpoint Systems Engineer to play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting endpoint systems across the organization. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This is a long-term contract position based in Ankeny, Iowa. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and test automation processes for endpoint systems to ensure scalability and adaptability to organizational growth. • Create, test, and deploy Microsoft PowerShell and batch scripts to install and update proprietary and third-party software. • Implement and maintain processes to ensure software and settings are applied during endpoint replacements or initial installations. • Develop redundancy strategies to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime. • Collaborate in the design and implementation of operational and information support systems. • Evaluate and qualify software used at store locations, including modifications to third-party vendor applications. • Create scripts, programs, and tools to optimize system efficiency and automate repetitive tasks. • Monitor and analyze endpoint system performance to identify and address issues proactively.
