<p>The Property Accountant is responsible for the accurate financial reporting and accounting of assigned real estate properties. This role partners closely with property management and ownership to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial information, while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to budgets, lender requirements, and accounting standards.
