A growing organization is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to serve as the primary technology resource for a Dallas-based office and multiple field locations. This role is ideal for an experienced systems administrator, network administrator, or IT generalist who enjoys a mix of infrastructure support, networking, end-user technology, and project-based work.This is a highly visible position supporting both office and field operations while partnering closely with a larger corporate IT organization. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration</li><li>Set up and maintain technology infrastructure at remote field locations and project sites</li><li>Troubleshoot laptops, printers, plotters, VoIP systems, and mobile devices</li><li>Manage IT inventory, asset tracking, procurement, receiving, deployment, and refresh activities</li><li>Support onboarding, access changes, terminations, and equipment recovery</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams</li><li>Lead local technology projects including office relocations, hardware refreshes, and site deployments</li><li>Maintain security compliance standards including MFA, endpoint protection, encryption, and patching</li><li>Document systems, assets, procedures, and network diagrams</li></ul>

POSITION: PC TECHNICIANLOCATION: FORT WORTHDURATION: CONTRACT TO PERMANENTRATE: $19-$20/HR Responsibilities:• Evaluate malfunctioning computers, peripherals, and related technology to identify root causes and complete effective repairs.• Replace failed parts such as displays, batteries, printers, and network-connected equipment while maintaining repair quality standards.• Prepare Windows, Apple, and Android devices by installing software, applying configurations, and completing setup for business use.• Run functional testing and validation procedures to confirm devices perform properly before release or redeployment.• Refurbish used hardware and return equipment to serviceable condition for reassignment across the organization.• Produce clear technical notes, repair records, and setup instructions to support consistent service delivery.• Coordinate warranty service requests and monitor repair status with vendors when covered hardware issues arise.• Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and deployment activities to move equipment efficiently and accurately.• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records through cycle counts, stock checks, and tracking updates.
