In this role, you will oversee credit evaluations and manage customer accounts to ensure financial stability and compliance. This position requires a strong background in credit analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial tools and platforms.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze and establish credit limits for customers based on financial data and risk assessment.<br>• Review and adjust existing customer credit limits, preparing detailed financial analyses and reports.<br>• Address customer inquiries regarding account statuses and resolve issues promptly.<br>• Investigate discrepancies in customer payments, including overpayments and underpayments.<br>• Prepare and execute legal documentation to safeguard company interests.<br>• Recommend and secure approvals for special payment terms, such as progress billing or extended payment arrangements.<br>• Monitor and resolve issues within customer billing portals to facilitate timely payments.<br>• Utilize financial software, including Trend, to perform queries and manage data effectively.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credit decisions align with company policies and objectives.
