This is a 100% remote position; however, ideal candidate must live in the DFW area due to monthly and quarterly in office meetings.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and submit court filings in state, federal, and appellate courts while ensuring each submission aligns with applicable local rules, procedural requirements, and individual judge preferences.</p><p>• Support dispositive motion practice by gathering referenced materials, organizing supporting documentation, and assembling exhibits for filing.</p><p>• Coordinate the creation of hearing notebooks and binders, including working with outside vendors to ensure materials are complete and delivered on time.</p><p>• Assist with appellate matters by formatting briefs, compiling appendices, and producing tables of contents and tables of authorities using legal drafting tools when needed.</p><p>• Provide pretrial and trial support by organizing case materials, tracking deliverables, and helping attorneys stay prepared for hearings and courtroom proceedings.</p><p>• Monitor litigation calendars and maintain accurate docketing records so that court deadlines, filing dates, and case milestones are consistently met.</p><p>• Communicate regularly with clients to gather information, provide updates, and follow up on outstanding items needed for active matters.</p><p>• Maintain case tracking spreadsheets and status reports to give attorneys clear visibility into deadlines, filings, and overall matter progress.</p><p>• Manage a high-volume caseload by prioritizing competing deadlines and keeping files, records, and litigation materials well organized.</p><p>If you are looking for a dynamic and positive culture that promotes your career growth and overall happiness, your search ends here.
