We are looking for a Senior QA Testing Analyst to take a leadership role in managing and executing comprehensive testing programs for complex system conversions. This long-term contract position is based in Dublin, Ohio, and involves overseeing the end-to-end testing process for commercial loan servicing systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coordinating large-scale testing efforts and ensuring quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement a detailed testing strategy for all phases of commercial loan system conversions, including mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities.<br>• Define testing objectives, success criteria, and timelines to align with broader project milestones.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases, scenarios, and expected outcomes based on business and technical requirements.<br>• Oversee the execution of test cases during mock conversions, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.<br>• Identify, track, and resolve defects and issues encountered during testing, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and retesting.<br>• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership through detailed dashboards and reporting tools.<br>• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities, results, and lessons learned to support audit and compliance requirements.<br>• Lead final validation testing efforts, ensuring readiness for go-live and post-implementation stabilization.<br>• Support knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
