We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Columbus, Ohio through a contract-to-permanent opportunity. This role will serve as a key partner in managing executive priorities, coordinating high-level activities, and ensuring leaders are prepared for critical meetings, communications, and stakeholder interactions. The position is ideal for someone who can balance discretion, organization, and follow-through while helping maintain efficient executive office operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage complex executive calendars, align schedules with shifting priorities, and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings and commitments.<br>• Arrange domestic and international travel, develop detailed itineraries, and handle related logistics to support seamless executive movement.<br>• Prepare presentation materials, briefing documents, and meeting summaries for leadership, board discussions, and external engagements.<br>• Coordinate executive meetings by organizing agendas, gathering background information, and tracking action items through completion.<br>• Support day-to-day business operations within the executive office by monitoring deadlines, handling sensitive communications, and maintaining organized records.<br>• Assist with project coordination for strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables remain on track.<br>• Facilitate communication with donors, board members, and other key partners in an effective and attentive manner.<br>• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook along with CRM and Salesforce tools to manage information, reporting, and executive support activities.
