<p>We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our non-profit organization in Denver, Colorado. This role is integral to maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, encompassing both on-premise and cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to ensure system performance, security, and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and resolve technical challenges.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Administer and optimize Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring reliability and performance.</p><p>• Manage virtual environments, including VMware vSphere/ESXi, and oversee virtual machine provisioning.</p><p>• Configure and maintain storage solutions and backup systems such as Veeam and Commvault.</p><p>• Support and maintain network devices, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools to ensure secure connectivity.</p><p>• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.</p><p>• Assist with cloud deployments and monitoring in platforms like Azure and AWS, ensuring compliance with security standards.</p><p>• Automate workflows using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance system efficiency.</p><p>• Deploy and manage endpoint protection tools, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.</p><p>• Collaborate on IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning.</p><p>• Provide troubleshooting support for escalated technical issues and maintain detailed documentation.</p>
