Assists in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the hosting team. Consults with I/T leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers to resolve complex hosting-related technical problems. Oversees new hardware, software, and hosting site installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts. Reviews and acts on daily quality assurance and diagnostic support for hosted infrastructure at both internal and commercial hosting sites. Receives minimal supervision and serves as a technical leader for other team members. Acts as project manager for hosting projects, installations, and support initiatives, and serves as <strong>Manager, Datacenter Operations</strong> as requested.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li>Maintain and support global web solutions utilizing IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JRUN, ColdFusion, .NET, HTML, ASP, PERL, Microsoft tools, and various web server and DBMS platforms.</li><li>Partner with client management, global technology developers, and external customers to design and implement complex hosted applications across existing and new infrastructure.</li><li>Assist in scheduling, designing, upgrading, and maintaining scalable systems supporting internal and commercial hosting initiatives; provide hands-on support as needed.</li><li>Build, configure, and support hardware and software on Windows and Linux/Unix servers to enable deployment of global hosted applications.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting and provide advanced technical support for global hosted applications to developers, publishers, external customers, and internal teams.</li><li>Develop and guide scripting efforts to automate, monitor, and manage the global hosting environment.</li><li>Collaborate with commercial outsource providers to build, modify, tune, and support infrastructure for hosted applications.</li><li>Direct the collection and analysis of performance data on web infrastructure and recommend improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to security standards to protect company and client information assets at all times.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

  • <p>The Patient Access Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient administrative operations at the front desk. This role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, data verification, record management, and supporting overall clinic operations. The Patient Access Specialist works collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and operational flow.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet all individuals who present at the front desk, including patients, visitors, and employees; promptly notify appropriate staff of any arrivals.</li><li>Complete patient check-ins, including collection of co-pays and outstanding account balances.</li><li>Verify and update all patient information, including demographic, personal, and financial data.
