Manages all LAN/WAN related additions and changes at the PC level. Provides NT domain administration, back-up operations, and network support. Plans and implements the overall strategic goals of the City of Cleveland's network systems. Serves as technical lead in the design of domain and network architecture. Leads in the design, development, installation and testing of communication systems citywide. Provides consultation and customer service to the users of data and telecommunications network services and systems. An Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
