We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support a document improvement initiative in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position will focus on enhancing the quality, consistency, and usability of high-volume business documents while supporting efficient administrative workflows. The role is well suited to someone with strong Microsoft Word expertise who can work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and maintain standardized Microsoft Word templates that promote consistent formatting and document structure.<br>• Test and adjust templates to ensure they work reliably with existing mail merge and document automation processes.<br>• Review legacy files, convert them for electronic use, and improve overall layout, readability, and functionality.<br>• Examine documents for formatting errors and usability concerns, then make corrections to improve quality and consistency.<br>• Sort, label, and maintain document files within a centralized library for easier access and version control.<br>• Work with internal stakeholders to gather input on document workflows and incorporate practical improvements.<br>• Develop simple user guides and provide basic instruction to help end users work effectively with updated templates and documents.<br>• Identify opportunities to streamline document preparation and improve efficiency across administrative processes.
