In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate transcription and organization of legal documents while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and precision. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing internal Legal Transcription Team and support the company’s expansion. Responsibilities:• Transcribe audio recordings and written legal materials with exceptional accuracy.• Ensure all documentation meets established quality standards and performance metrics.• Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to maintain consistency in processes and deliverables.• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adhere to compliance requirements.• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to refine transcription skills.• Organize and maintain legal documents in a structured and accessible manner.• Conduct thorough reviews of transcribed materials to identify and correct errors.• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.• Work alongside HR and operations teams during onboarding and process development phases. Responsibilities:• Manage a high-volume pipeline of loan applications while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.• Analyze borrower financial information, including income, assets, and debt ratios, to determine eligibility across various loan programs.• Review credit reports, titles, purchase contracts, and appraisals to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations.• Conduct verbal verifications of employment (VOEs) and communicate with borrowers about documentation deadlines.• Validate new loan submissions within 48 hours, ensuring all necessary information is logged and files are complete for underwriting.• Monitor contingency and closing timelines, notifying loan officers when adjustments are required.• Collect and organize loan documentation using established checklists to prepare files for underwriting decisions.• Apply knowledge of Freddie Mac guidelines, AllRegs, and mortgage red-flag standards to ensure loan quality.• Provide backup processing support to team members during high-volume periods or absences.• Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.
